AutoDanoCity – Refund and Returns Policy

At AutoDanoCity, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, we have created a straightforward and customer-friendly Refund and Returns Policy to ensure a smooth and transparent process.

Return Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Products that have been worn, altered, or washed are not eligible for return. Custom or personalized products are not eligible for return unless defective.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@autodanocity.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, and our team will guide you through the process and provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase once the returned item has been inspected and accepted. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.

Exchanges
If you prefer to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange for an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your item is unavailable for exchange, we will issue a refund instead.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items
