Authorization Holds
When you make a purchase, your payment method may be subject to an authorization hold. This temporary hold ensures that funds are available for the transaction and will be released once your order is confirmed.

Cancellations and Refunds
If you wish to cancel an order, please do so before it is shipped. Cancellations are not possible once an order has been dispatched. Refunds for returned products will be issued to the original payment method, and the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, AutoDanoCity reserves the right to cancel any associated orders. We may also request additional information to resolve any disputes and encourage customers to contact us before filing disputes to allow us to assist in resolving any issues.
