AutoDanoCity – Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Orders placed on the AutoDanoCity website will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders received after 3:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day. During peak periods, such as holiday sales, processing times may be extended. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer a range of shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (domestic)
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (domestic)
  • International Shipping: 7-15 business days (international, depending on location)

Please note that the delivery times are estimates, and actual delivery may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order, as well as the delivery location. Here are the domestic shipping rates:

  • Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $100
  • Expedited Shipping: Calculated based on location
  • International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination country

International Shipping
AutoDanoCity ships to many international destinations. Please note that import duties, taxes, and fees may apply to international shipments. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of the item or shipping fees. International delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Restrictions
At this time, AutoDanoCity does not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please check with customer service if you have any concerns about shipping restrictions.

Lost or Damaged Packages
AutoDanoCity is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for assistance.
